GLS has been operating in the transport and logistics industry for over 30 years. Its founder, Mr Philippe Laronze, based on his experience in the sector, has led the group's development through diversification, differentiation, and internationalisation.

The Group is now backed by Global Logistics Services S.A. investment company, established in 2007, based in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. More than just a financial structure, the holding company defines strategy, sets lines of development, drives external growth, optimises synergies and develops the Group's brands and activities, in accordance with its values and strategy.
